Erich Eggers

Erich Eggers
Erich is an owner and President of Remodeling Designs. He started Remodeling Designs in 1990. Erich enjoys cooking and entertaining, traveling, playing cards and golfing whenever the weather allows. Erich graduated from the University of Dayton with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. He is a past-President and active member in the Centerville Rotary Club.

Christine Balsan
Christine is an owner and Sales Consultant and has been working at Remodeling Designs since 2011. She graduated from the University of Dayton in Sport Management with a Minor in Marketing and Communications. Christine is responsible for sales, estimating, marketing and more. She loves being Mom to two energetic boys. Her and her husband, Mark, enjoy spending time exercising and playing outdoors with their kids. She is an active member of the Centerville Noon Optimist Club.

Mark Balsan

Mark Balsan
Mark is an owner and Production Manager and has been working at Remodeling Designs since 2013. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Major in Sport Management and a Minor in Marketing and Communications. Mark is responsible for production, purchasing, marketing, IT and more. He enjoys running, watching any sporting event, cooking and spending time with his two sons. Mark is an active member and has been the Secretary of the Centerville Rotary Club since 2014.

Beth A. Spegal
Interior Designer
Beth A. Spegal
Beth started her Interior Design career in 1986 after graduating from Miami University with a B.S. in Interior Design. She assists our clients with space planning and cabinet designs with our design software and comprehensive material selections. She owns her own business as well, called House Dressings Interior Design, Ltd. Aside from work, Beth resides in Miamisburg, OH. Relaxation includes gardening, sewing, and of course, working on her own home.

Gary Reed
Gary is a Project Manager and our senior team member, joining our team in 1995. He has worked in the construction field for over 40 years. He is an expert plumber, framer, and finish carpenter. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his large family and watching sports.

Chad Snow
Chad is a Project Manager and has been on our team since 2001. He is an excellent framing carpenter, dry waller, and trim carpenter. Chad enjoys being outdoors, with hunting being one of his favorite passions. His number one priority is spending time with his beautiful daughter!

Clay is a Project Manager and has been with us since 2016. He has worked in the construction industry for 30 years. He prides himself on attention to detail and overall craftsmanship. When Clay isn’t working, he enjoys riding his motorcycles and working on his own home.

Brian Miller
Brian joined the Remodeling Designs team in 2022 as a Carpenter's Assistant. He enjoys utilizing and honing his carpentry skills. Before joining the team at Remodeling Designs, Brian bravely served 8 years in the Army as a paratrooper. When he's not learning and developing his carpentry skills, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and fishing with his wife Katie and sons Whit and Chase.

Tammy is our First Impressions Coordinator and joined our team in 2022. She is who you will most likely speak to when calling our office. She is responsible for guiding clients through the initial phase of remodeling discovery. Away from the office, Tammy loves spending time with her husband, family and friends.

In Memory of Scott Pierron
1964-2020
Scott Pierron
Scott was a hardworking, Project Manager, Certified Lead Carpenter, employee, and most importantly, dear friend of the Remodeling Designs family for over 27 years.
He loved his dog, always had her with him in his truck, and loved going down to the lake to spend time on his boat. He was quick witted, had a dry sense of humor and if you were not sure if he was joking, he probably was. Scott could always make people in a room laugh.
Over the years, Scott performed every type of project imaginable for our clients. Everything from kitchens to bathrooms to lower levels, and even additions. There wasn’t one trade he couldn’t perform. He could do his own electric, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, painting, he hung cabinets, and the list goes on. He was extremely creative and efficient at laying tile and gave his input when he thought he could improve a project. Scott was extremely talented and was a true craftsman. He will be forever remembered, honored, and greatly missed.
I was a bit trepidatious about the remodel as I'd always heard how traumatic they can be. We had nothing to worry about with Remodeling Designs. From the first day I walked into their showroom to the day they were done with the remodel, they treated us like family and with the utmost respect. I really cannot recommend Remodeling Designs enough. They do quality work, are super friendly, are so easy to work with. I would not go with any other company!!
