We are currently hiring for:
Lead Carpenter/Project Manager (PM)
The PM position is extensive and requires self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and creative individuals. You will oversee the project after the handoff from the design team and guide clients from demolition through the punch list completion. The PM is responsible for producing quality craftsmanship that is on schedule and on budget. This is a great opportunity for talented carpenters looking to build and manage their own job site.
Qualifications:
Extensive general remodeling skills including but not limited to:
- Carpentry, cabinet installation, painting, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electric, concrete, and all other skills necessary for job completion.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork ethic.
- Project management: Overseeing schedule, material coordination, change orders, and overall client satisfaction.
- Ability to read and build to specifications from CAD designs.
- Ability to manage subcontractors: Hiring, scheduling, and ensuring quality control.
- Ability to keep the job site safe and clean is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time, hourly wage based on experience.
