Remodeling Designs, Inc. has won two Local CotY (Contractor of the Year) Awards for 2023. The prestigious awards were presented to the Miamisburg-based design/build firm by the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) at their March CotY Celebration.
Given each year to NARI members who have demonstrated a high quality of design and superior craftsmanship in their remodeling projects, the CotY awards are highly coveted in the industry.
Remodeling Designs received its two local CotY awards for:
Residential Kitchen $60,001 – $100,000, Centerville
The residential kitchen project opened up a very closed-in, galley kitchen to the family’s living space. The remodel increased not only the amount of storage space but also the efficiency of the cabinets. The room now feels like one big great room, rather than a separate kitchen and family room.
Residential Bathroom $50,001 – $75,000, Oakwood
The residential bathroom project took a very tiny, Oakwood bathroom, and turned it into a great size bathroom and closet with a large vanity and shower. Finishes were updated but kept the Victorian feel of the rest of the house.
