We are thrilled to announce that Remodeling Designs, Inc. received two prestigious 2024 Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards from the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARISWO) for Residential Bath $100,000 to $150,000 and Residential Interior Under $100,000 categories. These accolades were presented at the CotY Celebration Ceremony on January 18th. These accolades spotlight the exceptional collaboration between homeowners, our skilled design team, and carpenters who brought these visions to life.
2024 CotY: Residential Bath $100K to $150K
The Residential Bathroom project was unique in its layout. The design team at Remodeling Designs turned the homeowner’s vision into reality, replacing a large tub with a luxurious shower reminiscent of travel experiences. The closet size was increased for enhanced storage and organization, while a tall countertop cabinet decluttered the vanity area.
2024 CotY: Residential Interior under $100K
The Residential Interior project successfully combined the laundry and mudroom into a spacious area with ample storage that meets the family’s evolving needs. The new design addressed their need for more drying and folding space, benches and lockers for winter gear and school items, and ample room to move around comfortably. This transformation has streamlined their daily activities and enhanced their living experience.
