This recipe comes to us from Erich’s Bar. He and Lisa crafted this cocktail for their Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a big hit with the crowd, and we hope you enjoy one or two during the holiday season.
Pumpkin Pie Martini Ingredients:
4 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1.5 oz. Hollander Pumpkin Pie Sauce
1 oz. Heavy Cream
¼ tsp. Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to your shaker.
Add ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds.
Graham Cracker with Turbinado Sugar Rim:
2 whole Graham Crackers
3 Tbsp. Turbinado Sugar
Caramel Sauce
Crush both the graham crackers and sugar together. Use caramel sauce to coat the glass rim. Dip the glass in graham cracker and sugar mixture. Fill and Enjoy!
