We reimagined the layout of this Centerville home to improve flow, function, and overall cohesion throughout the house. Completed in five months, the renovation touched every room, including a relocated kitchen with expanded storage, dual sinks, and a 5-foot workstation. Consistent wood flooring and design elements unify the main level and extend into private spaces, eliminating visual breaks.
The master bathroom and hall bathroom were both updated aesthetically and functionally. The master bath now features large-format flooring, a sleek, barrier-free shower, and beautiful rustic hickory cabinets. The mudroom, pantry, powder room, lower level, and laundry room were also renovated throughout this process. Updated bathrooms, along with renovations to the mudroom, pantry, laundry, and lower level, create a fully connected, modernized home designed for everyday living.
