West Chester Home Remodeling

Located in Butler County, West Chester Township, Ohio is home to a population of 65,000. The township celebrated its bicentennial anniversary in 2023, a testament to its emphasis on community building. In fact, West Chester was recently named one of Money Magazine’s top 100 communities with populations between 50,000 and 300,000.

Two of the things that make West Chester special include its annual Founders’ Day Weekend festival in early June, and its stress on the importance of education. The Township is serviced by the Lakota Local Schools district, which not only ranks among the state’s top school districts for academic excellence, but also was one of three school districts in the world to earn the 2020 award from the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). The school district is even one of the top employers in the township.

There are a plethora of local activities to indulge in, in West Chester Township, including the free concerts at Keehner Park on most Saturdays. West Chester is also home to the Voice of America MetroPark, a 400+ acre park that was given to the city as part of the Federal Lands to Parks program. It features a 35-acre stocked lake, paved & natural trails, a lodge, athletic fields, a sledding hill, a dog park, and more.

There is great local shopping to be found at the West Chester Market on Saturdays at MidPointe Library and the Beckett Commons shopping mall.

Nestled in the Cincinnati arch, right in between Cincy-proper and Dayton, West Chester Township is a quick drive from many more exciting Miami Valley activities.
